PCP Car Finance is a claims management company, trading name of Riteway Claims, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority – FRN 941650. You can check our authorisation on the FCA Register at www.fca.org.uk.

We work with regulated Solicitors and claims management companies (CMCs). There is no upfront fee to submit a claim.

If your claim is successful, a percentage of your compensation will be deducted as a fee. The exact amount will be clearly explained to you before you agree to proceed.

You can submit a complaint directly to your lender through the proposed redress scheme which is due to be announced by the Financial Conduct Authority in October 2025.

Important: It's free to complain directly to your lender or to the Financial Ombudsman Service, if you're unhappy with a financial product or service. The Financial Ombudsman has information about car finance complaints. If you're concerned about the process, you can get free guidance from Moneyhelper or the Citizens Advice Bureau.

You don't need to use a CMC.
